Director Declaration
The following information is provided in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM and ESM Rules in respect of Mr. Mark Buckley, whose appointment to the Board of Cpl was announced today.
Mr. Buckley (42) holds 7,500 ordinary shares in Cpl, representing 0.025% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
Other than as set out below, there are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM and ESM Rules as regards Mr. Buckley's appointment.
