Rexam PLC29 February 2008 Rexam chairman to join Huhtamaki board Rexam, the global consumer packaging company, announces that its chairman, RolfBorjesson, has been nominated to the Board of the Finnish company HuhtamakiOYJ, a global manufacturer of consumer and specialty packaging. Subject to approval of Huhtamaki shareholders, he will take up his nonexecutive appointment on 31 March, 2008.
