Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, GKN plc announces that Helmut Mamsch, a non-executive Director of GKN plc, resigned from the Board of Directors of LogicaCMG plc on 24 May 2007. He will also resign from the Supervisory Board of K + S Aktiengesellschaft on 30 June 2007.
