The Board of Holidaybreak, the education, leisure and activity travel group, refers to its earlier announcement in its full year results of the appointment of Neil Bright as a Non-executive Director of the Board.
Other than Mr Bright's position as group finance director of HMV Group plc, there is no information concerning him which requires disclosure under Rule LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
