Change in information notified under Listing Rule 9.6.13R

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that Stephen King, a director of Caledonia, has been appointed a non-executive director of Bristow Group Inc ("Bristow"), the US listed provider of helicopter transportation services, with effect from 1 February 2011. Mr King has replaced William Wyatt, Caledonia's Chief Executive, as one of Caledonia's representatives on the board of Bristow.
