In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the UK Listing Rules, Biffa plc ('the Company'), the UK's leading integrated waste management company, announces that Carol Chesney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Company that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of IQE plc with effect from 14 May 2019, where she where she will also assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee and will also be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
