DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Amlin today announces that Sir Alan Collins is to step down from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to be held on 22 May 2014.
The Board has also appointed Ms Julie Chakraverty to join the Audit Committee with effect from 1 March 2014.
