DIRECTOR DECLARATION - NON EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Amanda Burton, currently the Group's Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair, has been appointed as a non executive director of Monitise plc, the AIM listed mobile money technology provider. The appointment took effect from 4 June 2014.
