In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Peter Hames, a Director, has informed the Company that with effect from 15 April 2014 he became a director of The Genesis Emerging Markets Investment Company SICAV and the Genesis Smaller Companies SICAV, each company having been admitted to the Official List of Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 9th August 1994 and 23rd January 2007, respectively.
