Mr Staunton is a Director of Legal & General Group plc, The Merchants Trust PLC and Standard Bank PLC, and was a Director of Ladbrokes PLC until 14 May 2010. Mr Staunton has not held any other Directorships of publicly quoted companies in the past five years.

There is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13.
