Further to the announcement made on 30th November 2010 in respect of the appointment of Tony Stuart as a non-executive director of St Ives plc with effect from 31st January 2011, the Company confirms pursuant to UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.13R that Mr Stuart has not held a directorship in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years. There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R, paragraphs (2) to (6).
