Director Declaration
17 April, 2012, Dublin C&C Group plc (the "Company") announced the appointment of Mr. Tony Smurfit to the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 April, 2012.
The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Mr. Smurfit in compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
Mr. Smurfit is a director of Smurfit Kappa Group PLC (current) and Smurfit Kappa Funding PLC (current).
The Company hereby confirms that save for the above disclosure, Mr. Smurfit has no disclosures to make in accordance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
In addition, in fulfilment of any obligation imposed by section 53 (1) of the Companies Act, 1990, Mr. Tony Smurfit has notified the Company that he is beneficially interested in 300,000 ordinary shares (representing 0.088% of the Company's issued share capital) and no share options over ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the share capital of the Company.
