Spectris plc Director Declaration In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, Spectris plcannounces that Peter Chambré, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed anon-executive director of Imperial Innovations Group plc. His appointment isconditional upon the passing of the resolution to adopt new articles ofassociation at the forthcoming General Meeting on 19 June 2014.
