St Ives plc - Director's declaration - Lloyd Wigglesworth

Further to the announcement yesterday in respect of the appointment of Mr Lloyd Wigglesworth as a non-executive director of St Ives plc with effect from 1st December 2008, the Company confirms, pursuant to UKLA 9.6.13R, that in addition to Mr Wigglesworth being a former director of Woolworths Group plc he also for a period during the past five years served as a director of Crest Nicholson PLC.
