Change in Director's Details

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, William Hill PLC has been informed that David Lowden, independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Michael Page International plc with effect from 22 August 2012.

David is also currently Senior Independent Director of Berendsen plc and Chairman of Rice 2 Limited. From July 2011 until its sale to Vodafone in July 2012 he was a Non-executive Director of Cable and Wireless Worldwide plc.
