Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.8(2) of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Group hereby announces that Michael Cawley, Non-Executive Director, shall be appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Hostelworld Group plc ("Hostelworld") with effect from the close of business on 1 December 2017. Hostelworld is listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.
