The following information is given subsequent to the announcement made on 7 February 2011 that
Laura Wade-Gery is to be appointed Executive Director, Multi-Channel E-Commerce of Marks and Spencer Group plc at a time and on terms to be confirmed.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, Laura Wade-Gery has advised that she is currently a non-executive director of Trinity Mirror plc.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules, she has advised that she has no details to disclose.
