Centrica plc non-executive director declaration
Centrica plc announces that Paul Rayner, one of its non-executive directors, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Treasury Wine Estates (an Australian listed company) with effect from 9 May 2011.
Treasury Wine Estates is being demerged from the Foster's Group and is expected to commence trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on Tuesday, 10 May 2011 under the ASX code "TWE". The demerger is expected to be implemented on Friday, 20 May 2011.
