In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Richard Crowder was appointed a Director of Japan Residential Investment Company Limited ("JRICL") with effect from 3 March 2011. JRICL was admitted to trading on AIM on 13 October 2006.
