Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') wishes to notify that Strone Macpherson, the Chairman of the Company, will retire as both Chairman and board member of JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc with effect from 1 June 2013.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3).
