St Ives plc - Director's declaration - Lloyd Wigglesworth

Further to the announcement earlier today in respect of the appointment of Mr Lloyd Wigglesworth as a non-executive director of St Ives plc with effect from 1st December 2008, the Company confirms pursuant to UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11R that Mr Wigglesworth will be a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees and pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R that Mr Wigglesworth was previously a director of Woolworths Group plc. Mr Wigglesworth has held no other directorships in any other publicly quoted company at any time during the previous five years. There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R paragraphs (2) to (6).
