Pursuant to LR 9.6.14, the Company notes the announcement, yesterday, by Energy Assets Group plc of its admission to the Official List and commencement of unconditional dealing of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. Dr Christopher Masters, a non-executive Director of the Company, is also a non-executive Director and Chairman of Energy Assets Group plc.
