In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R, Mobius Investment Trust plc announces that Christopher Casey, an independent non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Fidelity Special Values PLC with effect from 1 January 2025.
Christopher Casey also retired from the Board of The European Smaller Companies Trust plc at the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2024.
