Lynne Weedall: Appointment as a Non-Executive Director to Stagecoach Group plc

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, William Hill PLC advises that Lynne Weedall, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed to the role of Non-Executive Director of Stagecoach Group plc ('Stagecoach').

Lynne will assume her position with Stagecoach with effect from 1 August 2020.
