Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that it has been notified that Sue Farr, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Dolphin Capital Investors Limited an investor in high-end residential resorts in the Eastern Mediterranean, Caribbean and Central America, listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM Market.
