Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr John Falla, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited, a Company of which he is a Non-Executive Director, has today been admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Falla.
