JULIET THOMPSON - EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT
Vectura Group plc announces, pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Juliet Thompson, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed a Non Executive Director of Indivior plc ("Indivior") with effect from 24 March 2021. Following Indivior's 2021 AGM, Juliet Thompson will be appointed as Chair of their Audit Committee.
Indivior is a specialty pharmaceuticals business. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
