Following today's announcement by Travelport Worldwide Limited ("Travelport"), Scott Forbes, the Chairman of Ascential plc has been appointed a non-executive director of Travelport, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with effect from [15 July 2016][to be confirmed]. Travelport is a leading travel commerce platform providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the global travel and tourism industry.
