Directors Declaration

In conformity with Rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, the Company announces that Peter Allen, non-executive Chairman of Future plc, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc with effect from 4 December 2013, and will then become non-executive Chairman with effect from 31 December 2013. Mr Allen will also step down as non-executive Chairman of ProStrakan Group plc on 31 December 2013.
