DCC plc, the international sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, has been notified that Ms. Jane Lodge, a non-executive Director of DCC plc, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Sirius Minerals Plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, with immediate effect.
