Notification in Accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13

As announced on 5 December 2016, following the completion of the proposed disposal of its adult services business Anne Marie Carrie will become the chief operating officer and an executive director of Cambian Group plc (the "Company").

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) the Company discloses that Anne Marie Carrie is not currently a director of any publicly quoted company but in the last 5 years has been a director of the Company (18 March 2014 to 4 March 2015). There are no matters to disclose under Listing Rules paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
