Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the UKLA Listing Rules, Go-Ahead confirms that Katherine Innes Ker, Senior Independent Director of Go-Ahead, was appointed as a Non-Executive Chairman of Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc ("MAB") with effect from 27 October 2014.

MAB is an award-winning mortgage broker across the UK.

MAB has been admitted to AIM and trading commences this morning in its shares.
