DIRECTOR DECLARATION

The Company announces that Sally-Ann Hibberd, Chair of the Risk Committee and an independent Non-executive Director of Equiniti Group plc, will be appointed as a non-executive director of IG Group Holdings plc (IG Group) on 20 September 2018. The appointment follows receipt of regulatory approval and Sally-Ann will also become a member of the IG Group Remuneration Committee and Audit Committees.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. It is confirmed that there is no additional information to be in accordance with the information required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
