Following the announcement on 27 June 2008 of the appointment of Edmond Warner as non-executive Director, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) the Company has been advised that Mr Warner has also joined the Board of Standard Life European Private Equity Trust PLC as an independent non-executive Director.

There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
