RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that Kath Cates, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Risk, Audit and Nominations & Governance Committees of TP ICAP PLC with effect from 1 February 2021. Following TP ICAP PLC's annual general meeting in 2021, Kath will assume the role of Chair of the Risk Committee.
This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
