Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mrs Sarah Evans, a non-executive director, has informed the Company of her appointment to the board of Phaunos Timber Fund Limited with effect from 30th January 2009, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mrs Evans.
