As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Alastair Lyons, non-executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Bovis Homes Group PLC, as a non-executive director of Phoenix Group Holdings, the life assurance consolidator, with effect from 29 March 2010 to chair the Audit Committee and become the Senior Independent Director.
