In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the UK Listing Rules, Biffa plc ('the "Company"'), announces that Carol Chesney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Company that she will resign as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Renishaw plc with effect from 31 December 2021.
