Crest Nicholson Holdings plc announces that Malcolm McCaig, Non-Executive Director of Crest Nicholson Holdings plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of certain subsidiaries of the European operation of QBE Insurance Group.

The appointment is effective from 4 April 2014 and will be of the following subsidiaries: QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited, QBE Reinsurance (Europe) Limited and QBE Underwriting Limited.
