BP p.l.c. announces that Mr Andrew G Inglis, who was appointed an executivedirector of BP p.lc. on 1 February 2007, disclosed on 2 February 2007 that hehas interests in 193,022 BP Ordinary Shares and options over 415,300 BP OrdinaryShares.
