In relation to other directorships of listed companies held by Directors, 3i Infrastructure plc announces the following.

Philip Austin, a non-executive Director of 3i Infrastructure plc, was appointed a Director of City Merchants High Yield Trust Limited in December 2011. City Merchants High Yield Trust Limited is intended to become listed and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 2 April 2012. 3i Infrastructure plc was notified of this on 30 March 2012.
