Hibernia announces that Colm Barrington, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Finnair Plc with effect from 16 March 2017. Finnair Plc is registered in Finland and listed on the NASDAQ Helsinki Stock Exchange.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 6.6.8 (2) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
