ANDY HAMMENT APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR OF SENIOR PLC

Ultra Electronics announces that Andy Hamment, Ultra's Marketing Director, has joined the board of Senior plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 29 April 2011.

Andy Hamment has been with Ultra since its creation in 1993, initially as Managing Director of Ultra's Controls business. He was appointed to his current position in July 2000 and joined the Board at that time.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to LR9.6.13R.
