In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr John Falla, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he became a Non-Executive Director of the Board of NB Private Equity Partners Limited, a Company whose A Shares are admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam, and whose Zero Dividend Preference Shares are admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Daily Official List of The Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited with effect from 21 December 2015.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Falla.
