CHANGE IN EXTERNAL DIRECTORSHIPS
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 RPC announces that Dr Ros Rivaz has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of CEVA Logistics AG with effect from today.
After an initial public offering, it is anticipated that CEVA's registered shares will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with effect from 4 May 2018.
