Spectrisplc Director Declaration

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, John Warren has advised that with effect from 16 March 2007 he has been appointed to the board of Uniq plc as a non-executive Director. Mr Warren is also a non-executive director of Bovis Homes Group plc, BPP Holdings plc and The Rank Group plc.

There is no further information which would require disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2-6) of the Listing Rules.
