Aldermore Group PLC announces that Peter Shaw, non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of esure Group plc ("esure") with effect from 8 March 2017. Peter has also been appointed as a member of esure's Risk and Remuneration Committees.

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
