Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) and further to our announcement dated 19 February 2013, we hereby advise that Mr Brikho was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) at their Annual General Meeting held on 21 March 2013.
