DCC plc, the sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, has been notified that Mr. Leslie Van de Walle, a non-executive Director of DCC plc, has been appointed as non-executive chairman of Robert Walters plc with effect from 1 October 2012.  

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 6.6.8 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Listing Rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
