Following the announcement on 15 December of the appointment of Heidi Mottram as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 1 April 2010, the Company now confirms that there is no information to be disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.13 points (1) to (6). At the date of this notification Ms Mottram holds no shares in the Company.
